The Evans Valley Fire District is one of the over 10,000 fire districts and departments across the nation that rely on volunteer staffing. Without these dedicated folks who are willing to risk their safety and give up some of their free time, we simply could not respond to calls. Thank you to everyone that has stepped up over the years to protect the community of Wimer! We couldn't have done it without you.  You are not just a volunteer, you are an EVFD family member.
