Evans Valley Fire District #6 is proud to partner with La Clinica to bring their Mobile Health Center directly to our community.

If you’ve been putting off a doctor’s visit because of cost, transportation, or a busy schedule, this is a great opportunity to receive healthcare close to home.

The Mobile Health Center provides:

• Primary care visits and physical exams
• Lab testing
• Vaccinations and immunizations
• Sexual and reproductive healthcare
• STI and pregnancy testing
• Birth control services
• Behavioral and mental health support
• Assistance applying for the Oregon Health Plan
• Help connecting with food, housing, and transportation resources
• Limited urgent dental care at select locations

Whether you have insurance, no insurance, or simply haven’t seen a healthcare provider in a while, the Mobile Health Center is here to help.

• Insurance is accepted but not required
• Income-based discounts are available
• No one is turned away because they cannot afford to pay

Many health conditions—including high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol—often have no early symptoms. A simple visit today could help identify concerns early and connect you with the care you need.
