ICE stands for In Case of Emergency.

     In your cell phone, add the prefix ICE in front of the friend or family member that you would like to be your emergency contact.
     Then tell your ICE nominated person that you have selected them.
     Emergency personnel can look in your cell phone for the ICE entry and call your friends or family to notify them about your situation.
